Josephine'S Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small green pepper
1 small onion
Preparation

Cut cabbage into 4 quarters and shred.
Take all ingredients and mix well.
Chill and serve.
A great alternative!
