Oven "French Fried" Zucchini Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. herb-seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 medium, unpeeled zucchini
    2 tsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to very hot 475\u00b0.
    Spray a nonstick cookie sheet liberally with cooking spray.
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper on a sheet of waxed paper.
    Quarter zucchini lengthwise, then slice each spear in half to make shorter spears.
    Put them in plastic bag; add oil and water.
    Close bag and shake so spears are lightly coated with oil.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until well browned.
