Company Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine
garlic salt
pepper
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes.
Add all else and mix.
Put cheese on top.
Bake in a buttered dish at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
