Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium red potatoes
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. dehydrated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut up and boil potatoes.
    Drain and mash them.
    Add remaining ingredients and whip with electric beater until smooth.
    Put into greased casserole dish and bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
