Baked Apple Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pie crust
    3/4 c. cooked apples
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut pastry into 8 (4 1/2-inch) circles.
    Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons of cooked apples on one-half of each circle.
    Moisten edges with water.
    Fold dough over apple mixture, pressing edges to seal.
    Crimp edges with a fork.
