Green Chili Cheese And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut Jack cheese into 1/2-inch squares.
    Combine with sour cream, chilies, rice and pepper in a small casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with shredded Cheddar and let sit a few minutes as cheese melts.
    Serves 6 to 8.
