Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie crust
    6 medium apples, sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. water and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Make crust.
    Cut apples in slices; mix sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.
    Toss apples in mixture until all covered.
    Put apples in crust with remaining sugar mixture.
    Sprinkle with water and lemon juice.
    Dot with butter pats.
    Bake 25 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven or until apples are cooked.
    Serve with cheese or cream.
