Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken breast halves
    1 stick melted butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1 can Pillsbury biscuits
Preparation
    Boil chicken with a bay leaf for 1 hour on low heat.
    Cool. Remove from bone and place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Mix butter, soup and sour cream over low heat.
    Pour over chicken. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Split canned biscuits and top casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
