Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices white bread, crusts removed
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done (drain all grease).
    Spread bread with butter.
    Cut into cubes.
    Place cubes into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or pan.
    Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and pour over bread. Chill 8 hours or more.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
