Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. melted butter
14 Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve some for topping)
24 marshmallows (large)
2 tsp. creme de cacao
4 tsp. creme de menthe
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Mix margarine and cookies.
Press into a 9-inch pan.
Melt marshmallows in milk and let cook a few minutes.
Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao.
Whip 1 cup of heavy cream, then fold into mixture.
Pour mixture into pie shell and freeze.
When ready to serve, top with remaining 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipped) and crushed cookies.
