Sausage Savory - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 large onion, cut fine
    1 large green pepper, cut fine
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 can water
    seasoning to taste
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut sausage in medium size slices.
    Fry and drain grease off. Cut vegetables; place remaining ingredients in pot including sausage.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Serve over bed of rice.
    Sausage can also be broken up after frying or can remain whole.
