Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. roast beef, cubed or ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (17 oz.) can French-style green beans
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    8 large potatoes, mashed
    1 large onion (optional)
Preparation
    If you are using beef roast, cook until tender with chopped onion.
    If you are using ground beef, brown in skillet with chopped onion.
    After cooking beef, drain.
    Keep 1 cup of broth. Mix all ingredients and broth.
    Spray casserole dish with Pam. Put mixture in casserole dish.
    Cover with mashed potatoes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot.
    If you would like cheese grated on top, sprinkle with 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese before putting in oven. Serves 8.
