Salmon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dried dill
    1/4 c. vinegar
    6 oz. V-8 juice or tomato juice
    1 pkg. plain gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients in a large bowl with electric mixer. Heat V-8 or tomato juice.
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Add to hot tomato juice and stir thoroughly.
    Add tomato-gelatin mix to salmon mix and blend.
    Chill.
