Pineapple Mandarin Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts without skin
    1 small can mandarin orange sections
    1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chicken in single layer in baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
    Spread orange sections and pineapple evenly over chicken.
    In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir to dissolve cornstarch.
    Pour over chicken; cover and bake 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
