Egg Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    5 eggs
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    ham cubes, crumbled
    bacon or sausage
    4 oz. mushrooms
Preparation
    Line greased 9 x 13-inch pan with bread cubes.
    Pour melted margarine over cubes.
    Beat milk, salt, mustard and eggs until fluffy.
    Add cheese, meat and mushrooms.
    Pour over bread. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Remove and let set for 10 minutes.
