Crab Casserole A La Rudy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. half and half cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    2 lb. crab meat
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped and sauteed in butter
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
