Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix first 4 ingredients well.
    Fold in sour cream and blend well.
    Pour into preheated skillet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
