Zucchini Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fresh zucchini
Bisquick
flat beer
salt
pepper
cooking oil
Preparation

Grate the washed, unpeeled zucchini onto a clean kitchen towel. Wring out excess water.
Put in a bowl with enough Bisquick and beer to make a fairly firm batter.
Salt and pepper to taste. Amounts depend on the size of the zucchini.
Fry in 1 inch of hot oil until brown.
Serve hot.
