Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 c. milk
    4 beaten eggs
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix spices, except nutmeg, with salt, sugar and flour. Add to pumpkin. Add milk and beaten eggs. Pour in pie pans. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Pie will test done when clean knife inserted near center comes out clean.
