Summer Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
    4 fresh tomatoes, chopped and seeded
    2 Tbsp. dry basil
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pkg. spaghetti
Preparation
    Mix and set at room temperature covered at least 2 hours; better if it sets several hours.
    Cook 1 pound spaghetti.
    Drain spaghetti.
    While still hot, toss with sauce.
    Once tossed, sit 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
    Toss again, then serve.
