Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    celery leaves
Preparation
    Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
    Mix beef, small onion, rice and salt and pepper.
    Stuff peppers and place in saucepot. Mix tomato sauce and water.
    Pour over peppers.
    Top with sliced onion and celery leaves.
    Cook 45 minutes over medium heat.
