Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. rice
10 oz. chicken pieces or chunks
4 eggs
1/4 lb. spring onions or scallions
1/4 lb. carrot cubes
1/4 lb. turnips
1 1/2 to 2 c. corn oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Boil some water.
Put in carrots and turnips.
Cook until half done.
Remove and put in a bowl with cold water, then drain the vegetables.
