Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
    2 c. cooked vegetable noodles
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon, cut up, fried and drained
    1/4 c. red onion, diced fine
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    6 lb. scrubbed halved potatoes
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 or 2 whole eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their jackets (not peeled).
    Once they are cool enough to handle, pick off skins and cut into chunks, not thin, or salad becomes \"mushy\".
    Place hot dressing mixture over potatoes while they are still warm, if possible; this is best.*
