Chili Con Carne(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cooked ground turkey
    8 oz. kidney beans
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 c. undrained canned tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne red pepper
Preparation
    Brown onions, meat and green pepper.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Simmer covered over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 2 hours.
    Add drained beans; simmer uncovered until desired consistency.
    Makes 4 servings.
