Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fryers, boned and diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. pimento
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Mix soup with chicken.
Add celery, pimento and sour cream. Put in greased casserole dish.
Melt 1 stick oleo with 1 1/2 cup coarse cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons poppy seed for topping. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
