Quick Plum Or Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. baby food (apricot, peach, plum, etc.)
Preparation
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in two loaf pans.
