Sausage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild Italian sausage
1 large can beef broth
1 small can beef broth
1 small can Italian tomato paste
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 large onion, cut into eighths
garlic powder (a dash)
2 c. macaroni or bow tie pasta
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Add broth, onion, paste, kidney beans and garlic powder.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Then add 2 cups macaroni; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until pasta is tender.
Serve with salad and rolls.
