Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in bowl; set aside.
    Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla for 1 minute.
    Add flour mixture.
    Stir with spoon to blend.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Do not overmix.
    Split batter into 2 loaf pans (9 x 5 x 3-inches).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool 20 to 30 minutes before removing from pan.
