Creamy Cheesey Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 lb. bag frozen cubed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed cornflake cereal
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes. Put in oblong casserole.
    Dot with 1 stick of butter.
    Stir in salt, pepper and onion.
    In a bowl, blend sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
    Spread mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle on Cheddar cheese, then cornflakes.
    Dot with 1/2 stick of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
