Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, chopped (about 4 medium size)
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chives
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onions in butter or margarine until cooked. Puree in blender.
    Add juice, broth, curry, chives, salt and pepper.
    Heat and serve.
