Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Jell-O (lemon)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. pineapple
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
1 c. grated carrots
1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine Jell-O, water, lemon juice and salt.
Let set until Jell-O starts congealing, then add the pineapple, carrots and pecans.
