Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated squash (medium size)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    nuts as desired
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil, squash and vanilla.
    Sift together all dry ingredients and add to eggs and squash mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in a loaf pan or tube pan which has been greased and floured.
