Sausage And Potato Casserole(Cachelada Leonesa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
    8 oz. chorizo sausage, thickly sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine the following ingredients in pot: potatoes, sausage, salt and water.
    Cover and cook gently for about 25 minutes.
