Fluffy Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk, blended with 1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. broth or oil
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
    Stir in milk-egg mixture.
    Add oil.
    Drop into boiling liquid by teaspoon. Cook 5 minutes, uncovered, and 5 minutes longer, covered.
    Keep small.
