Swiss Montana Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb round steak
    3 Tbsp flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp shortening
    1 (16 oz) can chopped tomatoes
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1/2 lb baby carrots
    1 1/2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine seasonings.
    Pound into meat.
    Brown meat in shortening on both sides.
    Place meat in large casserole pan, add all vegetables and sprinkle with worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Steak will be very tender.
