Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Melt margarine and oil in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Wash, salt, pepper and flour chicken pieces.
    Place chicken in pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken over and bake another 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
    (Do not cover chicken.)
    Remove chicken from pan and make gravy with drippings.
