Bow Tie Pasta With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or sweet), crumbled
    1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
    1/2 c. diced onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. bow tie pasta
    fresh parsley
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add sausage and red pepper; cook. Then add onion and garlic; saute until tender (about 7 minutes). Add tomatoes, salt and cream.
    Simmer 4 minutes until slightly thick.
    Serve over cooked pasta.
    Add parsley and Parmesan cheese to taste.
    Great side dish or main dish.
