Pastry Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Combine egg yolk and milk; add to flour mixture.
    Stir just until dough clings together.
    Divide dough in half and roll for pies.
