Boston Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling milk
Preparation

Add egg yolks to stiffly beaten egg whites and gradually add flour, baking powder and sugar.
Add hot milk very slowly.
Add vanilla.
Bake in layer cake pan 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cool, split and put between layers Cream Filling.
