Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil or applesauce (low-fat recipe)
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 jars junior carrots (baby food)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix all cake ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
