Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    half and half cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in chicken stock with onion until soft.
    Make roux with butter and flour.
    Add broccoli and stock to roux.
    Add half and half cream to mixture until desired consistency.
    Heat thoroughly.
