Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot milk
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. light molasses
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. cooked quick oatmeal
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    2 c. rye flour
    6 to 8 c. white flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in the order given.
    Add enough white flour to make a dough that can be kneaded.
    Allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
    Shape into 3 or 4 loaves.
    Let rise again. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
    If loaves become too dark, reduce oven temperature near end of baking period.
