Chicken A L'Orange 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. cut up fryers or legs (approximately 7 lb.)
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation

Remove excess fat and skin from chicken.
Wash and put in roasting pan.
Mix onion soup and defrosted orange juice in bowl. Spoon mixture thickly over chicken.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes. If not brown on top, put under broiler for 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve with rice and vegetable.
Dilute leftover orange mixture and use as sauce on chicken and rice.
Serves 4 to 5.
