Mexicali Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped and drained
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain.
    Return beef back to skillet and add taco seasoning mix, tomatoes and corn.
    Bring mixture to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    Pour mixture into prepared dish.
    Beat the egg in separate bowl; add milk and cornbread mix.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour cornbread batter over ground beef mixture.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
