Zucchini And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 lb. sliced zucchini
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute sausage, onion and pepper.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in soup, broth, seasoning and zucchini.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add rice and stir gently.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
