Russian Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    1/4 c. oil
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 can vegetarian steak or 1 lb. stew chunks or 1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in oil; set aside.
    Cut vegetarian steak in long finger-like strips and dip in brewer's yeast.
    Stew chunks could be dipped in brewer's yeast also.
    If using hamburger, brown and drain off fat.
    Add onions, steak or hamburger, mushrooms (juice from mushrooms and steak) and mushroom soup.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add sour cream.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
