Klivan'S Cranberry Hazelnut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. good maple syrup
4 Tbsp. or 1/2 stick butter, melted and cooled
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. toasted peeled hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
1 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 frozen pie crust (bought or homemade)
Preparation

In a bowl beat eggs and add brown sugar.
Stir in maple syrup, butter, salt and vanilla, then add nuts and cranberries.
Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool.
