Diabetic Gelatin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime sugar-free jello
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. canned apricot halves (sugar-free)
    salad dressing for coating
    chopped pecans or other nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Beat in yogurt until blended.
    Add vinegar and chopped apricot halves.
    Chill until firm.
    Spread a thin coating of salad dressing over jello. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
