Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. piccalilli relish
Preparation
    Saute meat in shortening.
    Add other ingredients and cook in covered skillet for about 30 minutes or bake in covered casserole at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice or on buns.
