Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    100% corn oil
    crushed cornflakes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash chicken breasts.
    Drain and wipe dry with paper towels. Dip in 100% corn oil and then in crushed cornflakes.
    Place in buttered cake pan.
    Pour oil over top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    (I use No-Salt from grocery store.)
    Bake 1 hour or longer, if not tender.
    Serve.
